The products used in the store are all made of food-grade silicone. Please shoot a complete unboxing video upon receipt of the product as the basis for after-sales service. Damages caused by violent play will not be covered by the after-sales service.

1、The products in this store are all handmade, and handmade traces such as bubbles, rough edges, small fluff, and minor flaws are inevitable and not covered by the after-sales service. 

2、Slight oil outflow is a material characteristic and can be washed and continued to play with. Please refer to the video on the homepage for the feel of kneading. There may be slight differences in color and feel between different batches; please refrain from ordering if it is of concern. 

3、Please shoot a complete unboxing video upon receipt of the product as the basis for after-sales service. Kneading toys are consumables, and damages caused by violent play will not be covered by the after-sales service. 

4、The products sold in this store are not edible (even though they are made of food-grade silicone, they are not edible!).

5、Minors should purchase with the knowledge of their parents. This will not be used as a basis for after-sales service.  No refunds or exchanges for quality-related issues not listed above.
